All parts that need to be replaced, will be charged as per Haa Haa's terms and conditions see below.
SWAP AND GO is not included in the Haa Haa lite package! Swap and go will be charged in store @$20 per swap for immediate access to ve- hicle. Haa Haa mechanics will assess returned vehicle and the hirer will be liable for any parts and damage and will be added to the hirers ac- count within 48 hours. If the staff member diagnoses a fault which is not the rider's fault and cannot be fixed in store (example motor), the rider will be provided an alternative vehicle free of charge.
Lock-in contract is a minimum of 4 weeks. If returned before that time frame, the bond will not be bond returned.
All returns need to be notified 7 days in advance via the Returns@haa- haa.com.au email (without this notice, $50 will be charged).
Bond is $150 for students and $250 for non-students and includes an Australian and New Zealand certified safety helmet. The bond also in- cludes a non-refundable background check at a cost of $30 for hirers.
Haa Haa has the right to legally pursue hirer for any damage to prop- erty and outstanding monies owed.
Haa Haa will charge $1800 dollars for any stolen E-bike and will pursue collections through our legal partners.
A courier service for delivery of damaged bikes to the Canterbury Workshop will be charged at $95, all repairs will be charged as per our terms and conditions.

Haa Haa mechanics will assess returned vehicle, and any extra charges will be added to hirers account within 48 hours. Maximum swap, is 2 per month subject to Haa Haa staff member in- spection. Haa Haa will charge $20 for any extra swap.
No minimum contract.
Any other damages on the E-bike are to be paid for on the spot. Please see pricing in terms and conditions.

Haa Haa technicians perform a full service every 4000km, duration is 24 hours. (charges for any parts that need replacement within that time will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and decision will be made by management). Haa Haa will charge a 1 dollar fee per kilometre over and above each 4000km service.
Bond is $250 and includes the hire of a compliant motorcycle helmet.

Minimum of 7 days 'notice, is required before returning the Scooter (without notice $50 will be charged).
